I want applicants to apply only by e-mail. How do I specify that?
With individual postings, simply include the information in the Comments field. Our staff will include only the e-mail address (or whatever preference you have) when your posting is processed.

Do you accept postings from recruiters?
Yes. We accept postings from recruiters, employment agencies, call centres, associations requiring call centre staff, etc.

How do I make a minor change to my posting?

If you have an individual posting, simply e-mail csr@callcareers.com  with your changes. We will make the changes for you right away, and let you know when they are done. If you have an Unlimited Postings Package, you can log into your account and edit your posting as much as you need.

How do I log into my Unlimited Postings account?

You can go to http://www.callcareers.com/main/clientadmin/ or click on the link on the main page. Use the account number and password you received in the welcome message when your account was opened. If you've lost it, just ask us.

How do I add a new posting, edit a posting, or delete a posting?
Simply log into your account and click on Add Job, Edit Job, or Delete Job.
