Specifically, in the area of employee relations, performance and attendance management, progressive discipline management, career development, compensation administration, and headcount plan management. A Human Resources Degree/Diploma or related university degree or equivalent. Minimum 4 years progressive generalist human resources experience. 2 years min in a call center environment. Must have Employee Relations experience.
