As a Financial Service Advisor in the Bank Card queue, you will be responsible for servicing the Visa Marriot, Chase Gold, Best Buy, Future Shop, Canadian Cancer Society and future partner customer calls. Your responsibilities will include completing customer service requests, card activation, making decisions on authorization and credit limit requests, and other miscellaneous phone inquiries from our customers. There will be sales requirements in your day-to-day interactions with customers including, but not limited to, balance transfer requests. You enjoy multi-tasking, problem solving and working in a high-paced environment. You are strong in decision making, multi-tasking, dependability and communication. You have a working knowledge of Lending, Customer Care and Activation and understand the importance of world-class customer service. Previous Bank Card queue experience is preferred.

- Bilingualism (English/French) is required
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze multiple sources of information to determine best course of action
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in a Windows based environment
- Strong listening skills with the ability to probe for additional details
- Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
- Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts
- At least six months of SALES - cross-selling/up-selling or telesales experience
- Previous Customer Care, Activation, Bank Card and Lending experience is preferred
